How to Order

You can order bespoke shoes from wherever you are in the world - we offer a variety of Shoes, Shandals®, Boots and Children’s styles which you can view and order in our bespoke shop. We also have some readymade collections in our online shop.

If you wish to come and visit our shop in person for a bespoke fitting please use our booking system or call us to check for availability before coming.

Once you have ordered your bespoke style, we will need your feet measurements and leather/suede colour choices along with your order.

Once we have them we will then post you a pair of our stock shoes in your closest size to try on and decide what you want changed on your own pair.

This also gives you a chance to try on a pair before committing to having them made.

See how to measure your feet below and email them to:

How to measure your feet

Length (L)

Length (L)

Metatarsal Arch - (A)

Metatarsal Arch - (A)

Arch - (B)

Arch - (B)

To understand your feet I will need the Outline of both feet, measurements of your exact Length and around the circumference of the Metatarsal Arch (A) and Arch (B).

Please Note: You will need two sheets of A4 paper or cardboard (one for each foot), a sharp pencil or pen and a friend or partner to help. If possible please measure in millimetres.

1. Place the sheet of paper on a book on top of a hard floor or carpet with your heels against a vertical surface such as a wall or door frame.
2. Stand straight with your feet six inches apart (without socks).
3. Then ask your friend to draw the outline of your feet, keeping the pen in a vertical position as close to the foot as possible. Tilt your pen and draw under the arch to give me an idea of how high or low your arches are.

Length. On the same sheet of paper put the edge of the paper and your heel against a vertical surface (a door frame, wall or set square.) Make a mark at the end of the longest toe then measure the exact length from heel to toe.

PLEASE NOTE : If you want to order Shandals and you have bunions your feet may lengthen slightly when they are straightened, so please also measure the length with your big toe straightened if you can.

Girth. I will need measurements of the circumference around the Metatarsal Arch (A) – the widest part of the foot from the big toe joint over to the little toe joint and circumference of the Arch (B) - (Thats with the tape measure around your arch not just over the top)

*If you are ordering boots please make a mark on both your legs at 12cm up the leg and at the place where you would like the boots to come to. Use the tape measure to measure these two points in mm making sure the tape measure is firm to your leg.

When looking at our Sizing Chart below, if you are choosing Shoes / Boots you will need to add approx 8-10mm to your length to allow for space in front of your toes (This is an individual preference, as some people prefer more space and others less.) For example if your feet measure 244mm in length you would be a size 6 in Shoes/Boots.

With Shandals®, because they are open at the front you are aiming to choose your size to be almost exact to the length - for example 244mm length would be a size 5 Shandal® - again this is preference - some people prefer their toes right up to the stitching and some prefer a slight gap. We recommend your toes to be framed by the stitching for a perfect fit.

Further info:
If you are having your feet measured in person we charge £45 Studio Consultation Fitting on top of the bespoke price of our shoes.

If you are ordering our shoes remotely we may need to send out a fitting pair, or several fitting pairs of our shoes to make sure we get your bespoke pair absolutely perfect. This involves looking through our stock, spending time corresponding with you over any details, sending leather swatches etc so may incur extra postage costs and/or fitting charge which we will bill you for at the end of the process.

We will always keep you informed as to how much this may cost and give you a clear breakdown as some people have extreme complications with their feet and if you live internationally postage costs may vary.
